Good afternoon. In my company, they have grown to the formation of a marketing department.
These young and green guys generate an amazing amount of images and their sources.
All this is spread over four computers, and no one can find anything even on their own, even without the cases "Masha got sick, she had somewhere on her computer."
I understand that they need to organize a normal repository of all the acquired goodness and a tagging system with upload dates and notes so that they can search through their entire library, for example "label layouts", "presentation templates".
You can, of course, shove everything into folders in the network storage, but then, in fact, only one category can be assigned to the file.
Surely there is software for designers to work together and create a source library.
