How to legally register on AWS without entering credit card information?

I want to try to use their new service www.c9.io
and I don’t want to enter any personal data there, because I read on Habré that one habrauser almost sold the car when his virus “turned on” his computing cloud capacities for him

emnip, no way - they deduct money from the card for validation and then return it.
