For free EC2 cloud VMs from Amazon, I counted ~ $ 30, what is this?

The fact is that I did not seem to climb out of the "resources". I had less than 20 VMs that collectively worked far less than the required 750 hours per month. However, in June they counted about 33 dollars, while not trying to withdraw money from the card ...
