How to legalize work with Upwork?

I am IP. I work under contracts within the country. I want to start working on Upwork. The network is full of articles, but no one reveals the key point.
On Upwork, one of the withdrawal methods is "Direct to local bank".
Question 1: Are transfers made by a resident?
Question 2: how to properly prepare documents for these transfers? Acts, public offer?
Question 3: if at one point the tax authorities require me to confirm the origin of this money, what documents will I need to provide?
Thank you.

Tip number 1, which will solve all your questions: do not bother about legalization until you reach a stable income, at least 30-50 thousand per month.
Until then, use the simpler methods: PayPal or Payoneer.
Direct to local bank should not be used at all in any scenario. It does not exempt from currency control. In this case, you will lose about 5% on the conversion rate.
When the amounts are measured in thousands of dollars, then it is worth using Wire Transfer and receiving net dollars to a foreign currency account. This topic has been painted 100 times incl. on the Toaster. Register an IP and let's go. If you have any questions, feel free to comment.

From ~1k$ (with $30 commission) it is more profitable to withdraw to a foreign currency account => open a foreign currency account and go. The papers will be the same in both cases (if the bank fails and there is no currency control for rubles, then this is a violation of currency legislation ...).
1. There used to be qiwi
2. You have to ask at the bank + search
3. Everything (agreement, copies of certificates of foreign exchange transactions, etc.).
