How to arrange the development of a site for a share in the project with a minimum of bureaucracy?

Periodically, each freelancer is offered something to do for a share in the project.
I have an IP. And suppose they offer me to do something by paying X rubles + Y percent in a startup.
The question of the risks of being ripped off is not of much interest to me, since I will receive my X rubles.
But what is the easiest and safest legal way to arrange Y percent in a startup?
And are there any alternatives, for example, do not become a co-founder, but conclude an agreement that in the next 1000 years I will receive Y percent of the company's profits. Well, or something else that will give guarantees and at the same time so that a minimum of bureaucracy.

There is an option without a foundation and without registration with tax and other authorities - this is to conclude an author's order agreement combining two forms of payment for your work: lump-sum payment (X rubles for performing work and transferring results to the customer) + royalties (percentage of Y rubles from the income of the customer's company from the sale of licenses) ... but this is not 1 paragraph of text if the guarantees are for Y ...
It makes sense for you to become a co-founder if, in addition to a share of the company’s profits, you want to be able to manage a legal entity by participating in meetings of the founders + it’s easier to get reliable financial and accounting information about the company’s activities, but the founder (co-foundership) is not only profit and opportunities, but also responsibilities ... do you need it? (the business will not work, all the other founders will quietly leave the company and leave it to you to rake ... you can also prohibit the exit of the founders in the charter, but this way you will cover your exit ... there are endless opportunities for creativity and earnings for lawyers)) )

There is a strong faith in the word.
Yes, the project can be issued in legal form. face. You can become a co-founder of this legal entity. faces . Yes, you will have a certain share in the profits.
But:
Here you need to consider: what leverage do you have?
Well, for example: you take care of the entire technical side - domain, server, code. The second co-founder - takes over the search for clients.
As a result, you won’t get anywhere without clients, and he won’t be able to do it without the technical part.
