How to draw up an agreement with foreign clients for individual entrepreneurs?

How to draw up a contract in the case of monthly receipt of money based on hours worked?
There is an hourly project with a foreign client, an individual entrepreneur is registered, there is a transit account. How to draw up an agreement for the subsequent passage of currency control and billing (invoices) to the client so that there are no problems with the bank? How to specify that the payment is once a month (or other period) according to the hours worked and not to make a new contract every time for a new account?

Foreign client companies usually already have such an agreement, because you are probably not the first one they hire. If not, take a sample from any exchange.
For VC at the bank, a bilingual version of the agreement will be required. Some banks will translate the original themselves, some give the finished translation.
The contract must contain:
- Your full name and address, it is clear that they must match the individual entrepreneur;
- the remuneration, the frequency of its receipt and the terms of payments are indicated;
- it is indicated who pays commissions for wire transfer;
Actually everything. The agreement is sent to the bank once, then you refer to it in each invoice.
Then you make an invoice for each payment and send it to the bank's VC upon receipt of the next amount.
The invoice is also written in two languages, indicating the amount accrued for your services, the commission withheld by banks during the transfer, and the total amount in words in two languages. The invoice must also contain all the data of your individual entrepreneur. All amounts with a reference "... in accordance with the contract No. 123 dated 01/01/2017".
And advice - choose modern banks that help you prepare all the documents for the VC, and not those that complicate life with unnecessary bureaucracy.

I don’t have such experience, I’ll just note that if I had such a task, then I would definitely turn to a lawyer.
