Implement it how you want. There are dozens of payment aggregators. Doesn't this constructor already have ready-made solutions?
Of the popular ones, there are Yandex cash desk, there are robokas, interkassa, paypal.
Here the question is not how "the fastest and cheapest way to implement" but what system will suit your client. They are different - different commissions, different withdrawals, different license agreements
