What is the least annoying PayPal payment method to choose?

Good morning everyone.
The task is to integrate Paypal. We need mini-payments of several dollars, for example, for the same product. And we need to integrate it as simply as possible so that a simple person with a simple Paypal account can accept money.
I started to explore ways of integration, but I drowned in this pool of a million different muddy options, drowned in ancient and indistinct docks, sometimes not true, I could not enter the sandbox for developers due to a strange problem on their side (Reason: Error reading from remote server).
But it's all poetry. The question is this in the end: what is the simplest payment method to choose and where to read a normal article how to integrate this method with PHP?
I liked Stripe in this regard, but compared to Stripe, PayPal is some kind of really muddy trash for a novice developer.
