How to organize the acceptance of non-cash payments?

There is an online store. IP has been issued, we are working on simplification. We accept payments only by bank transfer, which is not very convenient for a retail store (an offshoot of the wholesale direction). The problem was partially solved by connecting to the robokassa, after connecting which customers can pay using a credit card, terminals, mobile operators, etc.
The following option came to mind: a client comes to the office for goods, our manager tells him to go to the payment terminal and top up his mobile phone account for a certain amount (order amount), and then enters the site and selects the payment option in the robokassa - payment via mobile operator. The disadvantages of this option are the high commission of operators up to 20% of the payment amount, money from the payment terminal is not credited immediately. As a result, the whole operation takes a lot of time and nerves.
How to establish acceptance of payments by bank transfer, if the client can only pay in cash? Your decisions and tricks, so that everything would be white.
Thank you.

Mobile operators have very high commissions for payments. But all payment systems have similar functionality - you can use Yandex-Money, Money.Mail.ru, Qiwi Wallet. The commission will also be there, By default - 5-6 percent, but it is quite possible to agree on 3 percent.
