Stuck on "Documents confirming residence" I send them a certificate of MU, they also send back "We received only part of the document you submitted. Upload a new document containing the entire page or pages. Please do not hide or close the information specified in document." In my hands I only have MU and a lease agreement.
I'm Mr. RB, I came to the Russian Federation, I decided to get a PayPal account for work. I got a card, registered in the migration register, signed up for a TIN and later SNILS.
