No one will hire you on a tourist visa. Well, or you will work as an illegal immigrant for $ 8 per hour. If you're lucky.
Plus, you won’t be able to get a loan, buy a normal phone, it will be very difficult to rent a house. You won't have an SSN, you won't have health insurance, and you won't be able to get a license to drive a car.
You are only 26. Specialize in a narrow area. Settle into any startup remotely. Once you get used to the language, you will get a great experience. If the startup takes off, they will take you to their place. This happens quite often. There is another option - to get a job in a large company in Russia, such as Microsoft, Google. Z.p. will be good, business trips, work visa.
Well, as you were told earlier, you can get married. But for American women, 26 is still too young a guy. At that age they are just graduating from college, they want to work and all that. By 30, it's already normal. You can look for one of the former immigrants - here you may be lucky, sort of like a kindred spirit, etc.
There is another option - to ask for protection. For example, because you are gay and you are oppressed in the Russian Federation. Or some kind of refugee. All this will have to be proven.
In general, study and get a job. Although it is a long and difficult path, it is the safest one. You will have legal status and a normal job.

And why, I'm embarrassed to ask, would you leave for the country of the great lakes and the spirit of freedom? Did Putin’s KGB regime turn off the Internet for you and you can’t earn money on the bourgeoisie remotely? Or are you sure that in this country you have no prospects as a unique and multifaceted personality?
Have you already reached the limit of growth in this country and understand that you will fly only in the country of private enterprise and personal initiative, just like in your favorite movie and a friend's story from there?
In fact, I personally know a lot of adequate, educated and smart people who, after having a lot of freedom at construction sites in Miami and hunched over in California shops, returned with great pleasure back to Uryupinsk, where they live beautifully. And they remember about America only in stories with beer.
ps Uryupinsk - for fun, of course, people from Volgograd and Volzhsky were meant.
