Will they put an apostille on a diploma of the established form and evaluate it in the future?
Good afternoon community.
There are several questions regarding higher education.
I have 4 years of experience as a product manager, I have recommendations from my previous job, I can get from my current one if necessary, but I don’t have a higher education. This imposes serious restrictions on the possibility of relocation.
It’s unlikely that I will be able to study full-time, because I won’t be able to refuse work, I’m considering part-time / remote options.
Many universities, the program of which is more or less acceptable, are not accredited, that is, they have a non-state diploma.
1. Will an apostille be put on such a diploma and will it be evaluated in the future?
2. If it is possible to agree with the dean and the rector on an individual study program (externship), will this be considered a bachelor's degree after the evaluation? Heard something about comparing hours for evaluation.
As for studying already there, outside the Russian Federation, the situation is ambiguous. I don't like to take risks, and without having a fluent language and enough money to be able to last several years without a job in another country, I think this is too unsuccessful a process in advance.
Thank you all in advance for your replies and constructive discussion.
