Good afternoon! Please tell me the literature to learn 1C from scratch to a full-fledged working store.

I spent a year myself, but I couldn’t even earn anything, right now I’m studying layout.
Somehow one person told me to go and install updates, this is garbage better learn html + css layout of sites, this 1c garbage ........
