Not loading and deleting shipping documents?

Good afternoon!
1C:Enterprise 8.3 (8.3.17.1549) UT (10.3.3.3) Module version 7.0.1.7

Two problems:

1. when exchanging orders in automatic mode, the implementation is not loaded in 1C. When the 1C specialist starts checking, he says that he is working on everything and the documents are being uploaded.
And since the implementation is not unloaded from the site, then during the next exchange it is removed from the order on the site (but the one created by the manager manually is NOT loaded.), because. the exchange brings the order to the form that is in 1C.
It is not clear why this is happening. What could possibly be the problem? The XML file of the site contains all 3 documents (document of the order, payment and issue of goods)

2. The date of implementation of the order changes. If you look at the order history in 1C, then the actions are related to the task of exchanging with the site (https://disk.yandex.ru/i/eEiKxsMcx20wAA ).

And it turns out that in 1C in the order documents, the invoice was created in time before the implementation was carried out.
The 1C specialist claims that such information comes from the site and the date of implementation is changing. But on the website of the order, the shipment document is only the one that was unloaded from 1C and there is no other information. Accordingly, there is nothing to change for. Is it

possible to somehow catch the files that are involved in the exchange from the site to 1C and vice versa, in order to see what data is generally leaving and coming?

In the settings of the Bitrix module, there are checkboxes where to save exchange files on the 1C-enterprise server, and also a checkbox - save files on the server (on the Bitrix side).
