Look for the answer in the documentation for the API of the corresponding social network.
In the Twitter API, each Tweets object has a field retweet_countthat stores the number of retweets.

You would write in more detail that you want to know on which site the buttons are placed, how they are built into it, and so on.
No lines of code (in my opinion) store data about pressing the built-in social buttons. networks - the data is most likely sent using the API to their (social networks) server. To find out the click statistics for these buttons for yourself, you can set up Google Analytics to count them. But from the description of the task it is not entirely clear what you specifically need.
