Is the Google Play developer license issued forever?
It will not be taken away if, let's say, I bought it, and I started the activity only a year later, that is, if the account has been inactive for a long time?
I would buy it right away, but this ignorance scares me a little, as well as the fact that it’s possible that Google will change its views while I hesitate and they will decide to throw in another 75 bucks (to keep up with Apple) or change the criteria for developers, etc. . because of which it will be more difficult to register, the old developers will most likely not be affected by this, which is why I solved this dilemma.

Yes forever. At least for the current moment.
They can take it away from you for violating the rules for using the service, but "inactivity" is not included in the list of reasons.
