How to keep track of WiFi infrastructure?

There is a deployed WiFi network in which there are both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint connections.
It is necessary to keep a more or less detailed record of what is connected to what and with what settings: clients, base stations, bridges.
What is the best use for this? Perhaps it will be easier to write your own system for your needs?
At the moment, we use Zabbix for monitoring, in which, with varying success, we try to record all the necessary information, draw connection diagrams. There is also an Excel tablet, walking around the hands, the relevance of which is very doubtful. Generally speaking, it is now.

You can start a Wiki and do documentation there, or use any network management software.

If you have Zabbix, then the network map will more than help you. Firstly, all these points can most likely be monitored and conveniently seen in a network map with a connection hierarchy, and so on. with problems that were fixed by monitoring
