To figure out where everything is, I write in an Excel file on which hard disk and partition what machine is located, where to backup 1C, fallopomoyka, etc.
But maybe there is some simple and visual way to navigate this, manage everything, for example, I moved the VM to another server or hard drive, and in a couple of mouse clicks I changed it on the diagram.
