How to keep track of route-map, prefix-list, acl?

Are there any WEB based Open Source projects for convenient accounting of routing policies, both static and dynamic, route-map, prefix and access sheets?
Like IPAM for address accounting.
If he can draw i / eBGP connections with the associated settings in the form of graphs, it would be generally ideal.
How do you keep track of this other than looking at the hardware config or the show command?
If on IOS XR all this is easier to perceive just by looking at the config, then on IOS, where the darkness of legacy, just the devil will break his leg.
