How to open a port on a cisco2921 router?

Hello! How to open port on cisco2921 for remote desktop access from external ip address? Forwarding was done with the command: ip nat inside source static tcp (internal ip) (port) (external ip) (port), but does not connect via rdp. When checking, it was found that the port is closed.
