How to keep the brain in shape?
While studying at school or at an institute, a person devotes half of his time to studying, but in the future, in real work, he may not use his brain 100%, for the possibilities that it is designed for, i.e. gradually degrade, for example, by performing some specific function in the organization from the general process. What do you advise to do in order to stretch the brain, keep them in shape?
I look towards solving programming problems or taking courses on Coursera or somewhere else.

If a person runs a lot, he will think less and vice versa.
If a person runs the same way and thinks the same way, he cannot be a champion in thinking or a champion in running. The truth will look both smart and strong.
Life is a very short thing. Develop the shape of the brain in a way that is more convenient for you to live.
Solving programming problems, even different ones, is one and the same typical task. The brain will simply get used to analyzing certain amounts of data from a certain perspective.
My recommendation is occasionally, say every few years, change or find an interesting hardcore hobby that will be VERY different from everyday tasks.
For example, a foreign language, a musical instrument, rhythm games or dancing, shooting games or League of Legends, raising a child, vocals or oratory, drawing or writing poetry.
In general, critically different things that will expand your horizons and force your brain to do a new ski track.
in addition to professional tasks, I will also advise you to develop in "sides" i.e. do work in similar specialties, then you will get a good T-specialist.
The shape of the brain should be maintained with the help of the skull.
Be aware that if you try to maintain the shape of the brain by improper means, such as kneading it, you risk damaging the brain and will likely void your warranty.
