How to justify the use of Photoshop for prototyping the interface of a mobile application?
I am writing a diploma, I chose Photoshop for prototyping. The teacher says there is no justification, no one uses Photoshop for this. How to convince her?
I did not choose from other tools because for some reason they are not suitable.
Sketch - only for poppy
Adobe XD - still raw
Axure
- for prototypes of medium level of detail ok, not suitable for drawing ui (correct if wrong)
interface layout (figma does not count, but I did not review it)

PS now has tools for quickly adding artboards (+ and -). We add to them the standard window selection settings for any device. We get a full-fledged craft of the project in one document for any device.
+ easy transition from prototype to design
+ smart objects
+ cost savings (only one program is used)
+ Preview CC
I want to try out Adobe XD right now
For prototyping and adequate UI XD, even on the Windows version, it should be enough. But in general, I advise you to look towards Invision and thereby justify your opinion ;-)
Any vector editor. Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW (if religion allows) will allow you to perfectly make wireframes, and then decorate them to the state of mockups.
