In what form does the layout designer get the layout if it was created in figma?

Good afternoon!
Description of the question in the title itself and a small clarification ...
How correct is this? If I'm not mistaken, then all workbenches are used to Psd? And if the layout is in Figma?

It doesn't really matter what typesets are used to. When they get a layout from Figma, they are happy (verified). If the layout is in Figma, you just give the right to view the file to the typesetters, and then the work is much easier for them, because you don’t really need to measure anything - everything is within a click (wow, even css properties!).
