How to interest the authorities in your startup?
It seems that Russia is ahead of the rest in terms of the pace of digitalization (precisely in terms of a digital state), and the more I notice this, the stronger the desire to join this movement. Personally V.V. Putin is interested in startups, but it seems to me that his interest comes down to the capitalization of the IT sector in Russia as a whole, and the automation of processes for state needs remains under the Iron Curtain. Or am I mistaken and the authorities are quietly working with outsourcing and are open to any proposals and are interested in "deep" participation? How does this interaction take place?
The startup is designed to be introduced into municipal authorities, but judging by how my city administration fought with the MFC in the early stages, then ... where to dig in general?
I have no illusions, I understand that we need connections and a name and effective solutions. What can become a social lift for a programmer in the public sector? Perhaps it is worth making a big bias towards politics and parties, or, on the contrary, start with the social sphere, charity and volunteering?

"What can become a social lift for a programmer in the public sector?"
Nothing. In the public sector, a programmer will remain a programmer.
Becoming the head of the IT department is already changing the activity from a programmer to a manager.
IMHO there are two ways:
1) Create a big movement. PR and stink wherever possible.
2) Get into tight circles by hook or by crook. Unfortunately, this is the most realistic way, in my opinion.
There is a third way, but it is not directly related to targeted introduction into the public sector. You just need to saw your startup and develop it as if it were not aimed at the public sector. And when he shoots, hire sales managers and send them to the administration of the facilities of the Russian Federation. As, for example, it happened to the authors of electronic Tatarstan, long before the emergence of federal public services (gosuslugi).
