What can I attach a resume for the position of a programmer?

Good day! I look at vacancies for a developer, and all the time I see attach your git profile, or show your work on such and such a resource.
What do people post there? After all, if you worked in a company and worked on a project, you cannot post someone else's code!
This is a two-sided question, what can be attached to the resume to increase the chances? There are few vacancies in the region, there are no June ones, you can’t get experience

Pet-projects spread, if any. Sometimes there are no projects in the GitHub profile, but there are contributions to others. If there is neither one nor the other - this is also not a stigma.

Dude, why didn't you write a line of code yourself?

You can't post anything. Having a git repository does not give you a guarantee of employment. Now the most common resume parsing algorithm is:

Initial inspection
(hh): work experience, higher education, etc.
Test task : the employer throws you a small (or not) task to see how you write code, or build the application architecture. All this is uploaded to git, where the employer can conduct a code review and understand what is in your head.
In case of success : interview with the lead > offer.
In case of refusal : ignore, and so on in a circle.
