Which Russian companies offer relocation?
They suddenly contacted me on LinkedIn from Luxoft with a proposal to move to live and work in Poland.
We have previously communicated with this company more than once, and former / current colleagues also receive relocation proposals from time to time, and Poland is not very interested.
But plans to move somewhere temporarily / permanently (without specifics, since many countries will come up to improve spoken English, look around and already move on) have been wandering in my head for a long time, although I didn’t plan to change my job until autumn.
Therefore, the question arose: what other companies (Russian or working with the Russian market) are actively offering relocation to Western European countries / States / Canada?
Whether it is the search for workers for yourself or the selection of personnel.
Perhaps there are job search sites without reference to countries, aimed at international job search / workers?

Some strange question.
Any normal company that wants to hire a competent employee from another country can easily agree to a relocation package. Perhaps most of them will not offer it to you right away, but it is almost always enough to write that without help with relocation you will not be able to do this whole thing.
They wrote to me in December and invited me to work in Singapore. I immediately turned to a rummaging acquaintance and he told me to ask them about the relocation package. An hour later, my contract was supplemented with full coverage of the cost of the flight, the first month of residence (they rented an apartment for 2800 SGS = 130k rubles) and partial coverage of the costs of subsequent rent (they pay an additional 1500 SGS in excess of the usual salary). At first, I was even a little dumbfounded by this, because this is not a corporation, but a startup (but not very green already), but now I’m looking at all the movement and I understand that for the company this money is like a drop in the ocean. So competently demand such things, this is, as it were, standard practice for the civilized world.
You're hoping in vain .
If a Russian company does not have an office in Russia, then the language of communication in that office is not Russian at all, but English.
Even if 80% of the staff are Russian-speaking, it is still impossible to communicate in Russian at work, thereby excluding non-Russian speakers from the working atmosphere.
Communication in Russian only outside working hours.
