Of course have. Why shouldn't they be? There are harsh countries such as Saudi Arabia, where there can be distortions, given religious characteristics, but there are many Arab countries and not all of them are Muslim, and not all Muslims are so radical. So the question is strange. For me, it sounds the same as "are there light green apples?".
