How to intercept and synchronize mail?

Good afternoon!
There is a server, mail comes there. Mail comes from this server to Outlook 2010. In Outlook, in the settings, it is worth "deleting all copies from the server, since there is not enough space.
Is it possible to somehow configure an intermediate server so that all mail is saved there (incoming, outgoing and folders created in mail ) and after that already synchronize mail on all devices?
Thank you.

@akelsey

What if you just buy a new drive and add space to your mail server? And not to come up with bolts with left-hand threads?
