Prompt software for automatic data synchronization with the server
I work as a layout designer, initially I type locally using Denver.
At a certain stage, a remote test domain is created, on which everything that has been done for layout is uploaded, and layout continues further.
I used to use notepad++ and with the transition to the stage of uploading the layout to the test server, I just continued to typeset directly on the server using the built-in nppftp, but then I switched to less, and the compiler programs for less on Windows only work locally, and I started to get terribly angry, that each time to see the changes, you had to first upload the modified css file.
Later, I also switched from notepad ++ to Sublime text, but I didn’t find an adequate ftp plugin for it, all I saw was solutions for full domain mirroring, but why should I pull the code meters and the admin panel that the programmer saws?
Advise some solution to automatically synchronize the local folder with the server, and it is important that the synchronization goes only in one direction, since what appears on the server is not mine, I do not care.

In general, I use Winscp, it has the option of synchronizing a remote folder with a local one.
rsync is a very flexible solution. But it may seem difficult to deploy.
+ many IDEs can upload to FTP or SFTP
