Need a free program for two-way synchronization.?
There is a library about a terabyte in size that needs to be synchronized regularly with a home computer. I can use a portable hard drive as a buffer, but there is no synchronization program at work. Need a free program for two-way synchronization under Windows.
It is desirable that the program at the beginning shows that it will synchronize and does not leave its files in folders.

You can take the free Resilio Sync (formerly BitTorrent Sync)
https://www.resilio.com/individuals/#plans
Only it has an ugly interface.
There is also https://syncthing.net/
But I have not tried it.
Liked Saboteur 's
answer as I use nnbackup myself for similar purposes.
The -RD xx option is especially pleasing, where xx is the number of days to synchronize: only files no older than
nnbackup are checked. However, nnbackup is slow.
If you want something faster - try rclone
, it
can scan for changes in multi-threaded, also do a multi-threaded sync (and a bunch of other options). Designed primarily for cloud syncing, but also works great for local syncs.
Guys, something easier for me. I am not a system administrator, but a simple user. Dimonchik2013 system backups, Saboteur scripts , programs that need to be removed via the yellowmew command line are not good for me. I could not figure out how to install Unison DevMan , the instructions say that the installation is very simple and will take a few minutes, if you have any questions, please contact the FAQ section where we talk about the differences for different systems ... and not a word about installation! Are you serious?
Simple two-way synchronization with preview using a program whose installation does not require special knowledge and is therefore aimed at a wide range of users.
I have been using Resilio Sync to synchronize large amounts of data (hundreds of gigabytes) for over five years.
