Which protocol to choose for fast data transfer from / to the NAS server?

Greetings! Can you please tell me which protocol is the fastest to send and receive data via the Internet from the NAS server? I checked 2 protocols on Synology: SFTP and WebDEV. WebDev copies at 2.5 MB/s, SFTP at 0.5 MB/s. Maybe there is a protocol that works faster?

FTP is faster. But he's not secure.
