How to arrange a Google photo replacement?

There are several servers with synchronization via syncthing. How can you organize the storage of photos and videos from your phone on these servers?
- Requires encryption. Access to some servers is not personal.
- I would like to see an analogue of Google photo on the phone. See previews, if necessary, download full. Have a breakdown by albums.
