Is there a program for synchronizing files over wi-fi between Android, Windows, Linux?

I am looking for a program to replace the cloud with my smartphone. That is: I worked with files on one computer, synchronized this folder with a smartphone, came to another computer, synchronized it again, and it already has an agreed version of the same folder that we worked with on the first computer.
Give a tip if there is such a program. I would love to have clients for both Windows and Linux. But if this is not found in principle, 2 different systems will also work, one for Windows, the other for linux.
I tried to put Syncthing, according to the description and ideas - it’s generally a caramel, but on my Android 4.4.2 its client didn’t take off, and judging by the discussions, it’s raw dampness, with which there are only problems.

Raise on smartphone ftp\sftp\nfs\smb. Is it stupid to connect it as a disk on computers and work with files directly?)
