How to synchronize one Wordpress project on several virtual machines?

Data synchronization

There is a loadbalancer, there are two virtual machines (or more) for it + there is one wordpress installation.
How to make sure that all files and databases are synchronized between two servers and nothing falls?
PS synchronization is needed so that when updating or creating / updating data, part of the data is not scattered across different servers

Depends what you want to achieve. If fault tolerance, then forget it. There will always be an unreliable link.
If the capacity of one server is not enough, then I believe that the main load on the base. Look towards sharding.
