How to integrate cmake in Visual Studio 2019?

Every time after changes, for example, new resources, you need to run CMake from the console to rebuild the .sln file so that new resources appear in the solution.
Tried to follow MSDN
guide Building CMake projects item
1 - Configurations is not there
2 - Build right click on CMake.txt no option
3 - Build All (F7 or Ctrl+Shift+B) commands are not working, Build All option is not present, F7 does nothing and Ctrl+Shift+B creates a new project.
