Let's say a request for a money transfer has been received in a banking application. Everything seems to be in sync. But suddenly, after withdrawing money from one account, the electricity went out and the money on the second account did not increase (yes, the situation is practically not real, but still). This can happen at all, and if so, how to insure against it?
