Choice of backend Node + next (or any other framework) or Laravel. What to choose for the marketplace?

We are creating a large marketplace, in the future a bunch of products, groups, sellers, reviews, analytics, heavy loads, etc.
The frontend is implemented in React. Mobile apps on React Native.
Postgre or Mongo base.
Question: what is better to use Node + some kind of framework or do backing in php?
Initially I planned react+laravel. But I want to do it for the future. Now everyone is gradually moving to it. There are good examples https://nextjs.org/showcase
What difficulties can arise when implementing such a project on it?
Are there any good admin panels for it?

My age-old argument in favor of php is more manpower and usually lower salaries.
IMHO, but for me Node is a temporary trend, and php is immortal.
