How to install Windows without a flash drive and disk?

Task: put WIndows 8-10 on a laptop.
Given: 2 laptops without drives. On the right - Ubuntu. At hand is a laptop with Win10, 2 Android phones and a tablet with a memory card.
There is simply nowhere to buy a flash drive.
How to decide?

Sawing a partition on ubunt, copying the contents of the iso into it with the installation of Windows further, setting up the bootloader to boot from this partition, forward

Thanks everyone for the replies. Everything is simpler: DriveDroid to a tablet with a memory card + MediaCreation Tool (well, this is for simplicity). Everything is working. The tablet is defined as an ordinary blank flash drive, of any volume specified in the application.

If there is an adapter for a memory card, then you can install it from it.
