VMware Workstation Pro how to create a virtual network between two machines?

If in general, then how to configure
address translation and routing in the Server virtual machine so that the User virtual machine has
access to the global network, i.e. so that the User machine has Internet, too, from my physical adapter (router)

More precisely, whoever can explain in detail please how to recreate what is shown in the picture609bbe6226f5c495417600.jpeg

@Boneee

  1. Connect the first network interface of the Server to VMNet8, the second to VMNet2.
  2. Connect the Client's network interface to VMNet2.
  3. Start the Server, disable the second network adapter, set the first one to receive settings via DHCP. Check that the Server has access to the Internet.
  4. Enable the second network adapter on the Server.
  5. Open the properties of the first adapter on the Server and enable "Internet Sharing" on it.
  6. Run the Client, set it to receive settings via DHCP.
  7. Check that the Client received the address normally.
  8. Check that the Server and Client are mutually pingable.
  9. Check that the Client has access to the Internet.

On the Client access to the Internet will be only when the Server is running.

you get all IPs from external DHCP (usually from a router)
