Deleted something wrong in the windows 10 registry?

Hello, friends! I poked around in the windows registry, then everything worked. When I rebooted the computer, the error 'there was a problem restarting the computer' came up, they said to start safe mode, but the same problem occurs when safe mode loads. I'll have to reinstall windows 10, but there are personal critical files on drive C. whether to restore windows 10 from a USB flash drive or how to install it without formatting C. Tell me ideas and please thank you!

With the registry jokes are bad. Connect the hard drive to another PC or boot from some live cd, copy critical files.
Next, you can run the installation of windows in repair mode.

Boot the computer in recovery mode and restore the system using the last save point. Usually this is installing a program or installing an update. If restore points are disabled, then SSZB.
