How to install windows 7 from a flash drive?
downloaded the image of Windows. All as it should be, formatted the flash drive in the NTFS file system. Through UltraISO I recorded the image of the railway, using the USB-HDD + method. I go into the BIOS, select priorities, and there are only such options as SATA, CD-ROM, Removable dev.
I tried to install removable dev, but it does NOT load from a flash drive! What to do, how to make the BIOS see the flash drive ???

Depending on what BIOS you have. Not all BIOSes see not all versions of flash drives. For some systems, the size of the flash drive matters, for others, the version of the USB protocol.
Burn the image using a special utility, then try to boot. If it doesn't work out, try to take an older flash drive of a suitable size.
Microsoft offers a special utility for creating a bootable "disk" from a flash drive.
Try to make a bootable flash drive using this program: wintoflash.com/home/ru
Do you have "Hard Drive BBS Priorities" option in bios or similar. If there is, you need to select your USB flash drive there, then return to choosing boot priorities.
Some BIOSes do not see flash drives in USB3.0 connectors. As a rule, in addition to 3.0, USB2.0 is also present on a PC - try to find those and insert a bootable USB flash drive into them.
