How to install win 10 network card driver inside vmware?

I created a backup of a working laptop, unpacked it on vmware, but there is no network, I got into the device manager, there is no driver for the Ethernet controller
installed vm tools, it didn’t help, I tried the driver packs, it didn’t help, what to do? How to make a network?
