How to raise debian in vmware on windows with server access through windows?

Does anyone have a link to a working instruction for setting up a network through VMware between Debian and Windows 8.
That is, you need to install debian in a virtual machine on Windows 8 and configure it so that the server is locally accessible from windows.

It helped to set up www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ij89_9Tsp5M
but will install ubuntu, since debian had problems installing vmware tools which is necessary for shared folders, there were no problems with ubuntu:
Set the network to one mask
Installed ubuntu
After installing apache, by ip ubuntu (to find out in the console, enter sudo ifconfig) the local server was available.
To know ip and windows gateway in ipconfig command line

@lbondodesc

The general algorithm is as follows:
1) installing vmware
2) Installing debian on vmware
3) Configuring a web server on debian Apache for example
4) Creating virtual hosts
5) View Ip virtual machine sudo ifconfig 6) Write the line ip_virt_mach virtual host 192.168.34.129 local
in the Windows hosts file .test.dev.
