Setting up vmWare Debian Apache2?

Hello! The essence of the question is this, I can’t access virtual hosts on the apache2 server (vmware + debian) from under Windows 8. It used to work fine, but now something happened!)
In the browser, if I enter the ip of the virtual machine (192.168.80.129), then it connects to Apache (It works). but if I turn to virtual hosts, I get an empty page! In the hosts file I registered
192.168.80.129 local.test.dev . Please advise something. I've been suffering for two days now!

Look at what is written in Apache's access.log when accessing the vhost, what code it returns.
Try changing your browser...

Are you sure it connects to Apache? Maybe it takes this page with the text "It works" from the cache.

I'll stay KO, but have you looked at error.log?
So Apache is working fine. see the settings, why it does not give content
