How to install Tor browser on Xubuntu distribution?

Hello, I have a problem installing the above browser on Xubuntu. After clicking on the supposed "start-tor-browser.desktop" file, a shortcut appears in the lower right corner of the screen, but when you click on it, nothing happens. What should I do? How do I install Tor browser?

start-tor-browser.desktop is a plain text file.
You can open it in gedit or any other text editor and see what command it should run.
After that, you can enter the found command in the terminal and see what errors will fall out.
