How to install rsync without updating the system?

There is a combat server:

uname -r
11.0-RELEASE-p15

Not particularly strong in FreeBSD, but when installing through ports, it says that my OS does not support ports (already):
cd /usr/ports/net/rsync
[email protected]:/usr/ports/net/rsync # make install
/!\ ERROR: /!\

Ports Collection support for your FreeBSD version has ended, and no ports are
guaranteed to build on this system. Please upgrade to a supported release.

No support will be provided if you silence this message by defining
ALLOW_UNSUPPORTED_SYSTEM.
*** Error code 1
Stop.
make[1]: stopped in /usr/ports/net/rsync
*** Error code 1
Stop.

How can this be defeated without installing updates? Please advise, thanks in advance.
