How to set up a PuTTY SSH connection with FreeBsd with private/public keys?

Hello, I've been suffering for two days now. I seem to be doing everything according to the manual. But as a result, always in PuTTY the error
Disconnected: no supported authentication methods available (server sent publickey,keyboard-interactive)

in the user's home directory, create the .ssh directory
in it, the authorized_keys document
In the puttygen program, create the keys. We save the private to our workstation and insert the public one into the
authorized_keys file.
