How to install Radeon E2 graphics card driver on Linux (4.13)?

Kernel 4.13
I tried to install it on 4.10 according to this article ( https://linuxmint.com.ru/viewtopic.php?t=397) - it didn't work.
When loading artifacts, but then everything is displayed normally.
