How to install nvidia-docker2 without internet access?
There is a server on 18 ubunt. It has docker installed, drivers for the video card and cuda10. All this was installed offline.
It remains to install the latest nvidia-docker2 package. I searched half the Internet and managed to find the binaries, but for installation it asks for libnvidia-container-tools dependencies, which I can no longer find on the network.
Maybe someone had such cases? and who did it well?
PS The Internet cannot be connected to a server.

First, do not dig half the Internet. And download packages from some dubious sites.
Secondly, the packages installed on the host have the following versions (this is a working combination with CUDA 10.2):
ii libnvidia-container-tools 1.0.1-1 amd64 NVIDIA container runtime library (command-line tools)
ii libnvidia-container1:amd64 1.0.1-1 amd64 NVIDIA container runtime library
ii nvidia-container-runtime 2.0.0+docker18.09.3-1 amd64 NVIDIA container runtime
ii nvidia-container-runtime-hook 1.4.0-1 amd64 NVIDIA container runtime hook
ii nvidia-docker2 2.0.3+docker18.09.3-1 all nvidia-docker CLI wrapper
