Hello! I'm trying to install Microsoft Office 2010 Standard 14.0.7151.5001 SP2 (not an official installer, but a repack by D!akov) on a PC with Ubuntu 16.04 amd64, but I see an error:
A serious error was found in the setup.exe program. The program will be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Here are the Wine logs

Good afternoon.
Everything is much easier.
Install VirtualBox , then guest Windows, and finally install MS Office.

Trying to run MS Office in wine on bubuntu is like trying to attach wings to a bicycle and try to fly. Perhaps he will start flapping his wings. Perhaps even a meter-long fence will be able to fly over. But you won't be able to fly into the sky, no matter how hard you try.
Wine is a project that is almost as old as my UNIX work. And they never got anything more complicated than a notepad and simple games from seven or ten years ago. And to run an office that is tied to Windows through and through - blessed are those who believe.
If you really need a windows office - put Windows in KVM. If you just need an office - use Libra. But at the same time, do not forget that the more complex the document, the more difficult it will be to open it with MS Office after Libra.

2013 does not work under Wine. Only 2010 works.

Install LibreOffice for Linux.
Everything is the same as in MS Office, only in the native environment.

Install an excellent WPS Office https://www.wps.com The main functionality works there for free, but if you need, for example, macros, you will have to pay. Used in Ubuntu, now also on Win10. LibreOffice is pretty good too.
